Ninten-beads

I work as a counselor at my local elementary school. I love that job, and I definitely want to keep working with kids. Anyway, there is one kid who in particular who was a little shy and lonely when I started working there, and I made it a point to try and engage him and show him that I cared, because when I was a kid myself I remember what it was like to be the lonely outcast without any real friends. This kid and I bonded over our mutual love of video games, and eventually I was able to see him come out of his shell and make friends his age, and when I started drawing Mother 3 art, he ended up googling the game just so he could talk about it with me, and then I mentioned at work last week how I started playing the original Mother. The next day at work he presented me with this bead (im not sure what its really called) version of Ninten's sprite. It was such a touching moment and this small gift and moments that lead to it are what make my work so satisfying.   Im obviously going to keep his name private, but I want to be clear that he gets the credit for this little piece of art
